Breakfast/Snack Idea 

Last year I shared a great healthy breakfast/snack option in the form of savoury muffins. See below the link to the video plus all of the ingredients and nutritional breakdown per muffin.

For 10 mini muffins I used:
6 x medium eggs
1/2 Cup of grated low fat cheese
3 x Rashers of chopped bacon
1 x Handful of chopped mange tout
1 x Handful of chopped sugar snap peas
2 x Large chestnut mushrooms chopped
1 x Table spoon of semi skimmed milk
1 x Table spoon of coconut oil for the baking tin
1 x Tea spoon of black pepper

Pre heat oven to 180 degress celsius and cook for at least 20 minutes until golden brown. 

Rough nutritional breakdown per muffin: 

83 Calories
6.4 grams of protein
6 grams of fat
1.5 grams of carbs
