Training sessions catered to your child’s performance needs:

  • One-to-one or Private group sessions (2-4 children)

Strength & Conditioning Term Time Group Training Sessions (Ages 13-16)

 

If your child are interested in Sports or Athletic performance, they’ll love my Strength & Conditioning Classes. 

2 seperate Group based training sessions are held every Tuesday evening from:

4.15pm-5pm & 

5pm-5.45pm at The King’s School Sports Centre. 

These sessions are goal focused & aimed to enhance attributes including Strength, Speed, Power, Flexibility & Agility

Your child can join a class at any stage of the year and will receive individualised programming.
