How it works

  1. Prior to your first session, we’ll have an informal chat where you can explain what your goals are and what you want to achieve, whilst getting to know me
  2. The next step is the start of the customisation process. An online consultation is completed, which includes information relating to health and lifestyle practices. This information allows me to consider the best approach to take with your plan
  3. PT sessions take place at The King’s School Rochester Sports Centre. This venue has indoor and outdoor training facilities in addition to a function room should you want privacy for your sessions
  4. Your goal progress is reviewed each week. This allows any adjustments to be made to help consistency and motivation

My style of training is professional and adaptable to the type of approach you require. I have trained people of all abilities for over a decade and I form strong, trustworthy relationships with my clients in order to facilitate their success.
